contact your purchase vendor and submit your technical problems to them.

Please have your company identification, date of purchase of product,
Product name and software version information ready in prior to calling us. Our
support representative would need the above information in solving your technical problems.

Not to forget to adhere your company identification, date of product purchased,
Product name, software version and your problem information in the message body,
or else we would not able to reply.
P/s: if you intend to send files as attachment to us.it is recommended that you
zip up all the files before sending. You can use a compression program
such as Winzip or PowerArchiver2000 to zip all the files.
This will save up most of your effort in uploading your files to us.
